Material
• Mainstream materials: high-strength alloy steel (such as 42CrMo, 40CrNiMo), high-grade quenched and tempered steel, with excellent tensile strength, fatigue resistance and toughness.
• Surface treatment: hot-dip galvanizing (mainstream), electro-galvanizing, Dacromet coating, powder spraying to adapt to long-term use in corrosive environments such as marine and outdoor.

Manufacturing process
• Forging process: all adopt integral die forging combined with precision heat treatment, optimizing internal structure and improving overall mechanical properties.
• Special process: high-standard quenching and tempering treatment is adopted, which meets the impact resistance requirements of low-temperature environments (-40℃ to -50℃), and is suitable for extreme operating conditions.

Safety factor
• The standard safety factor is 6 times, and customized high-strength models can reach 8–10 times, with higher safety margin.
• Test load: generally 2 times the rated load, and large‑tonnage models are 1.5–2 times the rated load, passing 100% factory load test.

Certification and Standards
• Comply with European standard EN13889, DIN standards, and most products have obtained DNV, LR, BV, ABS and other international authoritative certifications.
