– Surface spraying treatment enhances corrosion resistance; the interior is tested by magnetic particle inspection to ensure that there are no defects such as cracks and white spots.

2. Structural Advantages

– Double-wing design: the lower half of the hook body is equipped with inner wings, and the outer edge is equipped with outer wings to expand the contact surface with the chain, reduce the risk of chain bending, deformation or breakage, and extend the service life.

– Compared with the G80-level hook, the load-bearing performance is improved by 25%, and the breaking force is 4 times the working load.

3. Main Uses

– Adjust the length of the lifting chain or rigging.

4. Usage Specifications

– Overload is prohibited, and surface cracks or deformations must be checked regularly.
