G80 European standard double ring buckle (also known as chain shackle, butterfly buckle, American double ring buckle) is a high-strength connector, mainly used for connecting lifting chains with hooks, rings and other accessories. Its design complies with European standards (such as EN818-2), and is used in conjunction with G80 grade lifting chains, and is suitable for machinery, metallurgy, electricity, ports and other industries.
– Made of high-quality alloy steel (such as 35CrMo), it is quenched and tempered to achieve high strength and toughness.
– The surface treatment is sprayed plastic (red plastic or yellow plastic), which is corrosion-resistant and easy to identify.
– The breaking force is 4 times the working load, and the static load test reaches 4 times the safety factor.
– Each piece passes the 2.5 times working tensile force verification test, and samples are sampled for 20,000 fatigue tests (1.5 times the working load).
– 100% magnetic particle inspection for cracks, and all pins are hardness tested.
– Each batch of products is sampled for breaking test to ensure compliance with the standards.
