G80 European standard strong ring (also known as European strong ring, die forged strong ring, Lamb ring, etc.) is a high-strength lifting ring, widely used in the field of industrial lifting.
– Forged with high-strength and high-toughness special alloy steel (such as 20CrMnTi, 40Cr, 35CrMo), quenched and tempered to ensure high strength and fatigue resistance.
– The surface treatment is a spraying process to enhance corrosion resistance.
– Breaking force: 4 times the working force, in line with the EU EN1677-4 standard.
– Verification test: Verification test is carried out piece by piece at 2 times the working force, and sampling is carried out for breaking test and 20,000 fatigue tests (1.5 times the working force).
– 100% magnetic particle inspection to detect cracks to ensure that there are no internal defects.
– Industry fields: lifting and hoisting operations such as electricity, metallurgy, petroleum, ports, mining, and construction.
– Matching use
– It is used with G80-grade chains to form a sling, which is commonly used in steel mill cranes to hoist heavy objects.
– Combined with wire rope for port container lifting.
– Can be connected with double ring buckle, hook and other accessories to form a variety of lifting solutions.
– Prohibition conditions:
– Note: Overload is strictly prohibited, and the lifting angle is recommended to be controlled within 0-45° to ensure the safety factor.
