Malleable iron (Lin Feng type / Qindao style) turnbuckle, commonly known as Malleable iron turnbuckles (mǎgāng huālán), is a cost-effective cast turnbuckle widely manufactured and applied in the global rigging hardware industry. It adopts malleable cast iron (malleable steel) integral casting forming process, with hot-dip galvanized or electro-galvanized surface for excellent rust and corrosion resistance.
This type of open body turnbuckle is mainly used for adjusting and tightening the tension of wire ropes, cables, pull rods and stay lines. It is ideal for general static load tension scenarios, and widely used in fence engineering, greenhouse construction, awning installation, guardrail fixing, landscape engineering, home and factory daily fastening scenarios.
